My family has been using champion Express Lube for as long as I can remember. They are the only people I trust to take care of my engine. They will get you in and out quickly, answer any questions you have, check your fluids, air pressure and engine components. They never try to sell you things that you don't need, they are cheaper than the leading competitors, and do the job much faster. It's an honest, classic American business that you can count on. Vinson, Mike, and Mike have always given great customer service, they are also friendly and knowledgeable. If you want your car taken care of correctly, this is the only place you should use.

Best experience I've had at a oil and lube place and cheapest that I've gotten my oil changed in a couple of years. All together I only paid $48.43 for an oil change today which is the cheapest I was able to find in Grand Prairie for my 2007 Honda Pilot. They originally quoted me $52 on the phone. Jiffy Lube was going to cost me about $74 after a $26 off coupon because they quoted me $100. They guy who did my oil change,I can't remember his name,was super sweet and nice. I will definitely be coming back to Champion.

I will never bring a vehicle back here. I stood right there and watched their technician twist the metal insert out of my plastic oil pan. Instead of taking responsibility, they told me 'it happens all the time'—so often, in fact, that they said they keep extra plastic oil pans in stock for this exact reason. Despite admitting they broke it, they wanted to charge me $150.00 for a new pan plus the cost of another oil change to fix their own mistake. They sent me home with the plug just tapped back into the plastic pan. When I got home, oil was already dripping. If that plug had failed while driving, it would have destroyed my engine. On top of that, they charge an extra $10.00 for splash guard removal, yet I found only 3 push pins holding it on when there should be 10-12. I ended up buying a Z1 aluminum pan and installing it myself to ensure the car was actually safe. This place admits to breaking parts and then tries to profit off the repair. Stay away.

I know I can always count on them for great service. Employees are courteous and were very helpful in explaining all the options that are available. Great car wash packages and they are amazing. Super convenient. My car is spotless!
